Explore the latest analysis, research, and other resources on the federal budget reconciliation law (H.R. 1), which introduces harmful changes to the essential services that Minnesotans count on like health care, food assistance, housing, and more.

The first of many federal policy changes began to take effect fall of 2025 and will continue over the next few years. Policymakers, nonprofit and community organizations and advocates must continue to prepare for how these harmful funding cuts and policy changes will affect Minnesotans.
